Heel slips regardless of size. I’m a 6.5, but order 7 for running shoes. The 7s were waayyyy too small.

The pair I got a few months ago I’ve only worn three times because I had black and blue toes from the tight short and toebox very uncomfortable. Let’s do better next time.

I was wearing Ghosts for years and thought I might need a little more support. These are a little too much support for me. Comfy while wearing, walking and running, but I'm having foot discomfort after I take them off.
