New Design Not Good

The new design with the tongue of the shoe is awful. They put a piece of elastic on one side so the tongue always slides to that side making it uncomfortable.

Ariel Sneaker

I am not a runner, and bought these for more regular daily use. I purchased these from my local sporting goods store. I feel they run small. I did have to go up a full size from my normal shoe size. I’ve only worn them a few times but they seem comfortable and very supportive. The color is more navy than black. I didn’t really notice this until I wore them out in the sun, inside they look like a soft black. Overall, they seem like a decent shoe so far.

No Longer My Go-to Shoe

This shoe helped me deal with my first bout of plantar fasciitis 23 years ago and has kept me walking 3 miles a day until my latest purchase of the Ariel GTS 24. It's too narrow in the toe box and overall width in my 7 W. The 2E--extra wide--leaves too much room and negates the stability feature of the Ariel that I need for my pronation. So now at 72 I have to try to find another shoe with the width, stability, and cushioning I need. I'm not optimistic.
