I so love these shorts. I got two of them white and neon yellow. about to purchase the black one soon and hope they make more of different colors.

I really wanted to love these shorts, but they are too small in the waist band and slightly see through. (Neon green color). Unfortunately, I will probably return these.

Super light, thin, airy, very comfortable, especially for summer heat, bright and visible, Needs higher cut up to the waist for a more complete freedom of movement and air circulation for summer.

Run In Neon Shorts !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these shorts a lot. The color and style is very cool. They are breathable and light on the body. They feel comfortable on my body even after long runs and training sessions. They don’t hold sweat or feel wet when I’m sweating which is nice too. What I don’t love is that they are see through when I wear them during the day in sunlight. You can tell what I’m wearing underneath which makes me a little uncomfortable wearing them out running in the day time. I do like that they can be styled with white or black or any other color tops. My only wish is that had lining that would prevent them from being see through.

New favorite shorts!! Perfect length and very comfortable for hot runs. I got my normal size XS and they fit great. Please come out with more colors!

Fast And Free!

LOVE THESE! Feels like they're barely there and they're not super high rise like a lot of shorts. The material is very light and breathable, LOVE IT! The only thing I would change is having a central zippered back pocket for a gel or larger gel pockets. These pockets are pretty small and my gels hang out.

Best Buy Ever

These are my favorite running shorts since high school. I wish I had more pairs honestly. They’re light but cover great on runs. I usually lift in tights so I didn’t notice if they were squat proof but the best run shorts in my opinion. I do have bigger legs and chafe in the thigh area but it’s less frequent in these shorts because of the material. I love that they brought back the shorter length too

Free Flowing Shorts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These breakaway shorts are great for running. Instead of shorts or pants sticking and chafing my skin on each stride, these just float away and move with each leg. This lets me think about the run and anything else instead of having the friction from fabric on my mind. I think this lets me run more and makes runs more enjoyable because of that lessened mental load. It's very bright and yellow, which is great when I'm running. The fabric is very thin and lightweight. It's not quite see through, but something to be mindful of. At this short length of a short, I guess it's not much of a concern for wearers. I'm going to keep this review short so I can get back out in these shorts and start another run!

Runs Small And See Through

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try these brooks shorts. Upon first opening the box I noticed the color is very bright— great for running in the dark or just making sure you’re seen, but may be a bit much for some people. They are fairly short which is generally ok for running shorts but I found the fit to be odd. I typically am an xs or s and found the size small in these shorts to be very tight and unflattering. They seemed baggy in some areas and very tight in others so I’m not sure a different size would have helped. The most disappointing part of these shorts was they were completely see through, you definitely cannnot wear underwear with them and there’s a chance you’d be able to see private parts under the shorts if you didn’t wear anything under them. I’ve included a photo showing my hand showing through under the shorts to show the see through nature. Was hoping to love these more!

Womens Breakaway 2.5" Short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts are super lightweight and comfortable. The thin, breathable material allows for great airflow while exercising. The slit on the sides allows for more flexibility and movement, although it is a little too high for my liking because you can see the inner lining very clearly when doing squats or lunges. The cut and fit is very flattering. I don’t typically wear shorts for working out, but I can see these being put into the rotation. The bright neon yellow color isn’t typically in my go to color palette, especially because it’s a little see-through, but it’s great for pedestrian visibility when walking in the early hours of the morning. I would prefer a slightly higher waistband, but it is just tight enough to keep that stubborn belly area contained which is a must when working out. Overall, they are very cute and I would get another pair in a darker color next time.

Breakaway 2.5”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The breakaway 2.5” short are a great addition to my weekly rotation of running shorts! Currently using them for indoor treadmill running. Super lightweight and breathable material helps contribute to an enjoyable and sweat wicking running experience. The shorts have a slight stretch to them and have not caused any chaffing on the inner thighs. They are definitely short, but true to size. Wash nicely. The color is bright to be expected as shown. I recommend these shorts to enhance your next run!

Bold & Yellow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Women’s Breakaway short was true to fit. The elastic waistband is stretchy and comfortable. I’m on the shorter side (5’2) and I loved that these were on the shorter side and decoratively cut up to show a little more leg which I loved ! The color is bold and yellow which didn’t suit me this winter - but I would love this look with a summer tan and an outdoor run! Due to our current winter conditions, I’ve only worn this indoor for boot camps and cross training, but they’ve been very comfortable. They’re almost a “barely there” kind of feel, very minimal and light. However, there is no support if your thighs run together for a long run. I loved the look from the front and the side, however I did feel the back was too see through, especially when in a deep squat. There is built in underwear and they were sweat protective. Again, my opinion may change on this with a good tan in the summer, but I felt as for any indoor training they were too see through. These would be great to wear in the heat as they feel so lightweight and free, but they offer minimum to no compression in the waist or legs.

Short Bright Shorts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received these nice short shorts in the middle of the winter, so not exactly the time I’m making decisions to show a little extra skin while I’m out and about. But these have made it through the kids’ carpool lane in hopes that Mr. Crawford might catch a glimpse. Because did I mention there’s quite a lot of skin left bare with these short shorts? If you’re accoutered in the caboose, there might be some portions missing the train. But all in all, these appear to suit my needs come warmer weather. The blaze yellow is a little much for casual wear but should provide adequate visibility when I’m stopping traffic in these.

Great Short, Not For Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts are comfy and the color is GREAT! The fit runs a bit small and they’re incredibly short- even on a short statured girl like myself. The material is nice and light- great for running- but so see through! I will only wear them while training at home because it basically looks like I’m wearing undies with the transparency of the fabric. Maybe some people’s style but just not mine.

Lightweight And Comfortable

Ive been using them frequently, I will forsure need to invest in another pair. The black color is flattering with all of my other workout clothes. I can't stress how comfortable these are to run in. The under garment is also very comfortable and flattering with no extreme digging into my skin.
