I usually buy the Cascadia trail shoe but decided to try the Caldera for a change. So far (2 weeks in) I’m impressed with the comfort and toe box room. Not convinced about the off centre lacing though as it does look odd and doesn’t appear to have any purpose other than being a bit quirky. I use these at the gym and out on bush tracks for walking. Have proven to be solid in both conditions.

This is my second pair of Caldera and I have to say these are even better than the last pair!! They are so comfortable. I bought my second pair in white as a casual shoe and have had lots of people asking what brand they are and how great they look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve officially been living in my Brooks Caldera shoes for about three weeks now, and I can confidently say… I’m in love. Before taking them out on the trails, I wore them around my house for a full day to break them in and honestly, they felt comfortable from the very first step. Surprisingly lightweight, super cushioned, and instantly supportive. My runs aren’t gentle strolls either. I’ve tested these on everything — dirt paths, grassy stretches, rocky terrain, sidewalks, and street running. The grip has been incredible. I actually feel secure running, like my feet and the ground are finally on the same team. They even handled dewy morning grass beautifully. The water resistance held up well, and my feet stayed comfortable without that soggy shoe feeling we all dread. The biggest win? No foot pain after the first run. None. Now, three weeks later, they’ve molded naturally to my feet like they were custom made just for me. I’ve also taken them hiking around the lake where they tackled boulders and limestone rocks like absolute champs . The shoelaces stay secure (I double knot out of habit), and they’ve never come undone. Sizing note: I normally wear a 7.5 but went with a size 8, and the fit is perfect. I’d definitely recommend going up half a size. These are my second pair of Brooks. I wore my Brooks Ghost 11 forever, so I was hesitant to switch style, but trying something new turned out to be the right choice. These shoes make me want to run farther, explore more trails, and chase a few extra sunrises. 🌿🏃♀️
At first I was sure and wanted to return them. My brain kept saying I was walking crooked from the laces being offset. The shoe is actually very comfortable. I can’t look down but otherwise it’s comfy!

So far, so good. I didn't think I'd like the thicker heel at first, but they are very comfortable and I'm happy with them. I did have to size up on this shoe. I'm a pretty standard 8.5 in brooks, but had to get these in a 9 because they were a little tight at the toe with the harder covering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the most comfortable pair of Brooks I own. They are so comfortable. They have extra support and cushion exactly where I need it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite of all time! Have them in so many colors. This is my repeat, go to sneaker! So comfortable, 100s of miles, zero hot spots.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the material of these shoes, they are durable but not heavy, and they feel well made. Brooks sizing has always been consistent until my last Calderas, the 7, they ran too small and I had to go a half size up from my normal 7.5 up to an 8. These Caldera 8s are thankfully back to original Brooks sizing, in my opinion, and the 7.5 fits well. The shoelaces and shoelace holes could have a little more hold, but it’s not torturously slippery or loose.
