Light And Breathable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Dash 2 in 1 shorts are my new go to running shorts. Since it’s winter I have been wearing them to the gym for treadmill runs and weight training, but I can’t wait to wear them on my beach runs. The shorts are super lightweight and don’t move or ride up when running or biking. I was worried that the liners wouldn’t prevent chafing, but they have been great on my treadmill runs. The wide waistband is both comfortable and flattering and has both elastic and a drawstring. One of my favorite features is the pocket in the liner, which will be perfect for holding my fuel during my long runs. Overall I think they are a great lightweight short combo and are my new go to for long runs or even training sessions at the gym.

The fit is true to size, at 5'6 and 140lbs, the medium fits me just right. The lightweight fabric is super comfortable, but the star is the built-in liner which allows me to run confidently knowing that my shorts will stay in place. Love These Shorts And Color!

A Comfortable Workout Short
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dash 2-1 short is the perfect short for working out. I typically wear a small or sometimes a medium and in this case I could have sized up to a medium. I do believe the shorts run true to size and they fit but I would have liked slightly more room. I do like the spandex short inside the shorts which kept from chaffing and an overall pleasant experience. The fabric is extremely light weight which is a huge plus and the color was cute. Definitely felt good wearing them not only to workout but for the style as well.

Lightweight Classic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very pleased that these shorts ran very true to size. I am a consistent large and these shorts fit perfect. I am pretty short, 5’4” and the length of the shorts was pretty short on me. Fabric was very lightweight and wicked very quickly. Appreciated the side pocket on the inner shorts for a fuel gel or to stash a key. Only comment is that I would appreciate there being some sort of non slip grip on the inner shorts as they do ride up slightly and that becomes bothersome by the end of my run.
