Love Em

Love these shoes! The Ghost has always been my go to. I don't technically need a "support" type shoe since I don't pronate a lot but I'm glad I tried them anyway. I love the midfoot support. They are great for running but I also wear them to work as a physical therapist since I am on my feet a lot and the support from these shoes really makes a difference. Will definitely be buying the Adrenaline again when I need my next pair of shoes.

I completed the assessment, and this was listed as one of the 5 shoes for me. However, I am not a runner. I was told this was a good brand to search for someone dealing with under pronation. Well, the Adrenaline GTS 24 seemed like a great shoe, and it fit great. But, the sole is just too soft and "squishy." My feet were rolling outwards. So, unfortunately, I had to return them.

I have worn this line of shoes for 10+ years. I will be buying the all white pair for my wedding this December.

Did not feel good to me. Very uncomfortable. At the end of wearing shoe, my feet were done!

Second Pair!!!

This is my second pair to go with my summer clothes. They fit well and I love running in them.
