The women's Ghost 16 is well constructed and was purchased for a good price. The low rating is due to my disappointment that it was so different ( longer narrower, less roomy forefoot width) from the Ghost 15 which I loved. The heel base is thicker. This seems to be the trend ( thick marshmallow soles for people with foot “problems” I am a forefoot runner the mash mellow feel is an impediment to running. . I will keep the ghost 16 . The soles and heel are not as thick as most new model running shoes. I will use them for work. Seems these new style shoes were designed by people with foot deformities or gait anomalies.
