Miss The Old Glycerins
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been buying glycerins every year since 2020 and they are hands down my favorite shoe I’ve ever worn. Even though every year they are different, I still loved every pair I got until I bought the 22’s. I had to return them right away. I hope brooks listens to its faithful wearing glycerin customers and reverts back to older glycerin styles! The 22’s were a huge downgrade. The toe box was more narrow and it crossed over the line of too much cushion. So sad about this because glycerins are my ride or die shoes! I’m hoping the 23’s don’t disappoint us the way the 22’s did..

Great Shoes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally run in Altra but was looking for something with a little more support. Good cushion and they've been comfortable to run in. I love the color design as well. So far so good!

Great Highly Visible Color For Street Walking, But…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have walked the tread off 3 Glycerin pairs of shoes after I switched from Adrenaline. For some reason this Glycerin did not even pass the walk around my house test. The material was stiff and uncomfortable. With Michigan cold weather season, 🥶, I highly doubt the fabric in the shoes would ever has softened to be kind to my feet. After I returned them, I saw a feature that these shoes are weather resistant. Maybe that is why the material is stiff.

Great Shoe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these shoes. I run on gravel and these have performed the best for me. I switched from asics to these when the nimbus got the box redesign. Hoping for some lavender colorways and maybe a little nicer price (hint/hint!)

Glycerin 22 Very Comfortable For Standing Long Periods
Glycerin 22 is an extremely comfortable shoe for walking and standing long periods. It feels like a pillow on my foot and is the FIRST sneaker in YEARS that I can wear without my orthotic, which is incredible. I have flat feet and use this shoe only for fitness walking, errands and work related activities. The shoe is made well. However, the jury is still out on whether I can keep this shoe for a few reasons. The Extra Wide in 10.5 is way too big for my foot (which is skinny and narrow in both midfoot and the heel) but I purchased it for the wide toe box because my toes have become wider due to the arches falling as I near menopause and I have formed painful red calluses on bottoms of both feet under 5th little toe metatarsals from previous shoes that were too tight in toe box and needed extra toe room. The Wide in 10.5 fits my foot so much better but I am not quite sure that I have the toe box sufficient space that I need (even with sizing up .5 a size) to allow for toe splay comfortably. The Wide cuts in drastically on the sides in the midfoot area and in the toe box and I can feel it touching both my big toe side and little toes. This shoe most definitely runs small in the length (my normal sneaker is a Size 10) and I have never worn wide shoes before because my feet are actually narrow but these new Brooks sneakers (in numerous styles, I had same problem with the Ghost) all seem to be too tight and narrow unfortunately. And I have been a loyal Brooks fan for YEARS! Both sizes (Wide and Extra Wide) also slip significantly on my heel if I remove the stock insole and insert any sort of orthotic or OTC insole.
