Not As I Hoped

I suffer from plantar fasciitis. I bought a pair last year that felt like heaven. They wore out and found this pair. Not as comfortable and hurts my ankle. Really was hoping for the same comfort level as the pair i bought before.

Please Drop Bright Colors

The fit itself seems great. But I’m so disappointed there are no bright colors. I ordered the orange hoping it would rival last years, but it seems pastel in comparison. Hopefully we see some neons drop soon.

22 Not The Same

I’ve been exclusively wearing Brooks for a few years now and this time when I ordered, I just can’t seem to find the right fit. I tried the ghost Max, the Glycerine GTS, and now the Glycerine 22. I can’t say any of them are extremely comfortable out of the box, I’m keeping the Glycerine since they have been my go- to in the past, but they just aren’t as cushy as they used to be and my big toe hurts no matter how I tie the laces, by the end of the day, I can’t wait to get them off. I need sneakers so I’m keeping them. Maybe my foot changed ,maybe the sneaker changed, but I need to find a solution. I wish I can order the older ones.

Devout Ghost Wearer Transformed

I’ve worn the Ghost exclusively for more than a decade. I don’t care for the 17 though, felt it was stiffer and just felt different. Ghost Max is too soft. Tried the Glycerin for the first time and loved it. I appreciate the cushion but still have the responsiveness I’m used to in the Ghost. I may still use the Ghost 16 for short races, but the Glycerin is now my go-to running shoe.

MorganM

As a Brooks Glycerin wearer since the Glycerin 18 model, I was disappointed with this new model. Going from the 21's to the 22's there is a difference in the overall structure of the shoe. The toe box is smaller and my toe now hits the top -- never had this problem before. They also caused me shin splints and pain in my feet during my run, which has never happened with any other Glycerin model before. The shoes are fine for walking, but I will NOT be running in these. I loved the older design (21's) and hope the next version is more similar to that.
