Awesome!

I bought these running/walking sneakers 2 weeks ago. I've been dealing with a heel spur for a month (at the time of purchase) and WOW, there sneakers instantly made a huge improvement and lessened my heel pain immediately. They are so light and comfortable even after 10 hours of daily wear. I recommended these to a friend who is also dealing with a heel spur. I plan on getting a 2nd pair. Highly recommend, it's totally worth the cost. They even gave out a free pair of Brooks socks just for trying a pair on. The socks are so soft.

I used to be a Brooks wearer. Haven’t had a pair for a few years. Bought these and they were really uncomfortable. Squeezed my toes. I will say, I may be at the age where my feet are changing, and it’s possible I need a shoe with a wider toe box.

Heel/back Of Shoe Has Changed

Unfortunately, they changed the back/heel part of the shoe from the 21 and it does not hug like it used to, I am coming out of it as I am walking. I am so disappointed in this design change, I have been wearing Brooks for so many years. I have flat feet, wide width, and wear orthotics and this was the only shoe that worked for me. I tried another brand but it is not as good as the 21's. Hoping they make a design change for the 23 and go back to the original design.

Laces Too Short, Cushion At Heel Doesn’t Let My Foot Sit Properly. When Laced To Compensate— It’s Too Tight.

To be fair I bought the lilac special addition. I don’t know if the other 22 are the same or not. I unfortunately threw out the box so I don’t think I can return. There is so much cushion my heel doesn’t stay seated. To lace properly, to hug heel - the laces are too short to tie a bow, and the ends of the laces are so large I had a difficult time getting them into that last upper hole. I NEVER toss my box — why I did this time 😢 🤷 but I did find two boxes from my 21s. I’ve worn brooks for about 5 years, I buy 6 or more pairs a year. This new version is not my shoe.

Good Cushion But Hot And Slightly Small

The cushion is nice, but my feet get so hot. I’ve never had this happen before and if you have heat sensitive feet I would probably steer clear of these, at least in the summer. Also, they seem slightly small. I wear a 6.5 in regular dress and tennis shoes, bought these and all my running shoes in a 7, and really wished I had sized up to 7.5. Again, the cushion is nice but a couple things keep them from being 5 star for me.
