After having ACL surgery I needing some good running shoes to ensure I was going my recovery right. Bought the Ghost 16 and went for my first run yesterday running 6km and I feel amazing I put it down to my runners. One thing I didn’t like was trying to figure my size normally I’m a size 9 (25cm) but 25cm was saying an 8/8.5 for me, once getting them I wish I did just go my normal size because they are possible a little tight in the toes or maybe a wider fit.
