Ghost 16

I work on a concrete floor 8 hrs a day ,so I find good shoes help. I tried my daughter's ghost 6s and they were so comfortable. I got ghost 16 and they are awesome thankyou

A Lifesaver

Brooks Ghost shoes are the only shoes I can wear following a bad leg injury 51 years ago. Just wished I had known of this company and your Ghost shoes years earlier.

Treadmill Heaven

I’ve been barefoot from many years now, and I spent a lot of time using AI tools to find a shoe I can use on the treadmill avoiding the typical micro-trauma that a barefoot shoe can cause in this very specific scenario. I ended up selecting the Ghost 16 and I cannot be happier. Even the light soreness I had on my instep went away after some sessions. Absolutely recommended!

Love Love Love

I bought these shoes when I started running. I'm a little heavier than most and I have wide but small feet that roll in - do I've always had issues with shoes. These are the best and I still use them for every run to this day. I LOVE THEM. they fit my feet perfectly, provide stability and they actually help me with foot placement. I've never had a single issue with them, only when I run them our and need to replace them ;) super great shoe.

Ghost 16 Running Shoes

I actually sent these back as I bought the wrong size, but later tried on the right size. These shoes feel more rigid inside, which I’m sure makes them durable. Personally I prefer a softer feel. Outer shoe is a great shape, so comfy to run in and supportive. A big plus for me - Ghosts are great for walking as well as running.

My Go To Shoe

My normal running shoe. I do mostly trail runs on gravel or dirt. Good traction and nice support.

Ghost Went From Cool To Ghoul

Much different cut at the heel and ankle from previous models. Causes socks to pull down . Why change a winning formula????

These sneakers are comfortable, but they deteriorated in less than a year. The fabric is all stained and there's a crease in the toe. They're expensive for how little they lasted!
