Love Brooks Ghost

Perfect with my orthotics. Did have to order a half size larger than my Ghost 15s. Great for running around the hospital for my volunteer work

Great Cushioning, But Fit Issues For Me - Comfortable, But Not Perfect

Brooks Ghost 16 Review I had high hopes for the Ghost 16, especially given the price point and Brooks' reputation for comfort. There are definitely some positives—the cushioning is excellent, especially for long walks or extended wear. It has that soft, supportive feel that helps reduce foot fatigue. However, there were a couple of design issues that really affected my overall comfort. The padding on the back of the heel comes up unusually high on my ankle and rubs constantly, even with higher socks. Also, the insole seems to slope inward, almost like it’s forcing my foot toward the center of the shoe, which becomes uncomfortable over time. Overall, it’s a decent shoe with great cushioning, but for the price, I expected a more dialed-in fit and comfort. I’d recommend trying them on and walking around before committing, especially if you have sensitive ankles or prefer a more neutral footbed.

GenoB

I'm not happy that these shoes run smaller than my other Brooks. My last five purchases for running/ walking shoes have been strictly Brooks, but I'm going to purchase other brands if I can't rely on the different model of shoes to fit the same.
