My Go To Run Shoes

Changed Again And Not In A Good Way

I loved the Ghost 16. I am wondering angrily, like so many others, why Brooks keeps changing their shoes! I really hoped that I would like the Ghost 17, but after wearing them in my house for a couple of days, the outside of my left foot started hurting. I think it was due to the extra cushion in the shoe? I have now tried Glycerin 22 (too short and too wide) and Trace 4 (too short). What’s next? Although I have been a loyal Brooks fan, it may be time to try another company.
