Still My Favorite Shoes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my all time favorite shoes. I don't have to brake them in, and can just hit the ground running when I get them out of the box. I also have very flat feet and they're one of the few styles that don't hurt when wearing them all day. This is like my 10th pair.

Painful Heel
Just like the Revel 8 Brooks ruined the Ghost 17 by redesigning these with hard high heel. Why does this company continue to change the design of sneakers that were good to start with. Whoever came up with this hard ridiculous high heel and small tongue in lace area could not possible be runner or walker these shoes are painful to try on let alone move. Bring back the old styles.

Wanted To Love Them!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Ghost 17 since December 2025. I love the color of them but every single long run with these shoes, my toes are horribly sore. The toe box is much more narrow (to me) than previous versions. I kept these longer than the 30 days to give them the chance but ultimately have to try another shoe as my mileage increases, I cannot have the discomfort of these sneakers. Highly unusual for me with Brooks - as I'm a repeat buyer and typically love them! Based on the reviews, a lot of people are finding this style to be different comparatively!
