[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of the original Ghost 17. This new one feels a bit off balance with the new sole, as well as a bit uncomfortable around the ankle. You still get a great feel to the run and I am hoping it becomes a bit smoother as it forms to my feet.

I have owned multiple pairs of Ghost and they are my favorites. I don’t know what is different about the 17s but I am having pain in my feet, especially the heels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My podiatrist recommended Brooks to me a year ago. Now I currently own 12 pairs of Brooks. OK, maybe I'm a little obsessed. I am not an athlete no a runner. I am a walker but also love the style that Brooks brings to my wardrobe. I have all different models of shoes and can honestly say that the Ghost 17 are the most comfortable shoes to date. I got the limited edition color scheme and love it's uniqueness. Thank you Brooks for making awesome shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore them to seaworld so I can actually test them out because I knew I would be doing a lot of walking. By the end of the day the front and heels of my feet were throbbing. I didnt have much arch support. Like the middle of my foot was missing something. Another thing was that they didnt have any traction. It was raining that day and I slipped a few times. I didn't like them as much. I'm returning them and trading them out for a new pair.
