I am a faithful Ghost wearer since 2013, but these have to be one of the worst designs yet. The toe box is extremely narrow and the shoe is overly cushioned which causes the bottoms of my feet to go numb. No matter how I lace the shoe, it does not fit snugly around my ankle. I was looking forward to many long runs in these shoes, but I will be returning them and searching for the previous model.

Pass On Any Of The New Ghost Versions. I Want The 11’s Back
I hate every ghost iteration changes into something more uncomfortable and like Hokas that give you shin splints. My last decent pair was the 13 but my ideal pair was the ghost 11. Good support, not tons of padding and great for lots of movement and standing. I still have a pair I’m wearing with holes in the toes but I refuse to get rid of them until they completely fall apart.

Ghost No Longer A Favorite
What happened to the Ghosts?!? I have had multiple pairs of the 14, 15 and 16. My 17’s are almost non wearable. I have never been in more pain from a shoe in my life and I’m only using these for walking. The quality of Payless sneakers were better than these.

I Miss The Earlier Models
These are OK - better than the 16s, but not as good as previous models. The heel cup is strange how it flares out and doesn’t hug my heel securely. My heel slips regardless of how creatively I tie my shoes. I am not wild about the stack height, and I noticed you also decreased the heel drop, which is a bummer. I'll keep them for knock-around and yard work, but I can’t run in them. Fingers crossed that the 18 return to us with the features Ghost is known for.

Have not bought these yet. I agree with some reviews on here. I'm fine with the changes but why do we have to get rid of the others. I thoght the 13 was perfect. I have been a fan also but after my last pair wasn't so sure anymore, which is why I've delayed buying.
