I wear Brooks for the comfort as I have difficulty finding shoes that do not make my feet hurt. I bought these about a month ago. I just ordered another color today. Comfort, style and quality. I could go on and on...

Hurts The Ball Of My Foot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always run in Ghosts and have never experienced any issues. I have been running in the 17s for 2 1/2 months and I just can’t anymore. There is no cushion in the insoles. I get 2 miles into my run and the balls of my feet starts to hurt. I just gave up and purchased a pair of 16s. Please consider making the 18s more like the 16s.

Not The Same As Previous Ghosts

If you’ve loved the previous Ghost versions, this one is not for you. Different width, different arch, higher at the back of the heel. Overall uncomfortable and clunky.

Not A Replacement For The 16’s

Trained for the past 6 months in pairs of Ghost 16’s. Just finished my marathon and got a pair of the new Ghost’s to start fresh… Super disappointing, I wanted to love them but they gave me horrible blisters which I never experienced wearing the 16s. Also, the drop is not the same as the 16s? The heel fit is shallow compared to the 16s which was weird at first, but was fine once I started running in them. The cushioning felt good, but I can’t do blisters! Returned for a pair of Glycerin 22’s instead…those are yet TBD!
