Very Disappointed

I have been a loyal Ghost fan since the 12s, but with each new model, the shoe loses it's charm in some way. The 15s were the last model that I could wear, as the 16s and now 17s have become painful in my arches, ankles, and knees. When wearing the 17s, I feel sloppy because my heel is elevated and feels like it's going to slip out, even with a heel lock on. I'm so upset to have to find another pair of shoes, after being so dedicated to one line. Please don't fix what isn't broken.

Current Favorite

This is my first pair of Ghosts. I tried on the 16 and disliked the fit. The 17 fits great and has helped my foot and back pain. I'm glad I didn't choose by reading reviews. I do have a narrow foot and don't feel like the toe box is small as others noted.

Probably My 15th Pair Of Ghosts.

I agree with other reviewers that the toe box is a little narrow and it’s not as great as the 15s. I’ve generally had the best luck with the odd numbered models. I went through 3 pairs of Ghost 15s and even walked 100 miles in them on the Camino last fall. The 16s were pinchy in the heel. I’m happy with the 17s. I actually like the cushion in the forefoot and have run on a variety of surfaces in them. I’m at 55 miles in them so far and pretty happy. I wear a thinner sock so help with the narrow toe box.

Fit Is Not Right.

There is something wrong with the fit of this shoe. The toebox is narrow maybe (and I don't have wide feet). It comes in too much on the inside of the foot at the base of the big toe. It immediately felt weird when I put them on. Extremely disappointing. I really liked previous Ghost versions. Returned these and will try a different brand. :( I liked how cushiony they were, and how they looked though.

After years of trying to find a good shoe for being on my feet a lot with work. This is the shoe! I have a lot of issues with right heel pain and it has helped tremendously. Going to order another pair!
