My New Favorite Walking Shoe

I’m new to Brooks and love them - so much that I bought a second, then a third pair in different colors. No complaints at all. They are great looking, light, and have just the right amount of cushion and support. I wear them every day for long dog walks, sometimes three times a day, and can now comfortably keep up with my very energetic Springer Spaniel! Ghost 17 is the best walking shoe I’ve ever owned, and at 70-something that is saying a lot. Well done, Brooks!

Huge Miss- Go Back To The Earlier Models!

So disappointed, have been a loyal Brooks/Ghost customer for 10 years- these are the worst. Heel pain, very clunky. Brooks- please go back to at least the 15 Model and redesign- this was sadly a miss.

Solid Choice For Outdoor Runs

As usual, Brooks hit the mark. I've been wearing this shoe for awhile and it's helped my knee pain ease up. There is enough support that you wont twist an ankle running on gravel or uneven surfaces. My only criticism is that the material on the upper of the shoe tends to wear thin. Not a huge deal until you're running in snow (har har).

Ghost 17 Extra Wide In Black

They're good just not like the first 14's I ordered that got me hooked. These 17's do everything I need to keep my body aligned, but I had to get the extra wide because they were just a little too tight on my toes. Otherwise, these are the best for me, so far and I am going to order another pair in another color. I do wish there were a few more colors in the extra wide, though.

I don’t like the Ghost redesign and really wish Brooks would make the Ghost 12 or 13 again. After a week of wearing them I plan to return them. This will be the first pair of Ghost’s that I’ve disliked enough to return.
