Best Version Of The Ghost- Maybe Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been running in Ghosts for several years, and these are one of the best, if not the BEST, version of the shoe!!! Period. i I’m already planning on buying a few more pairs because I know I will be running a lot of miles in them.

Can't Beat Brooks

I bought these for my wife for Mother's Day and she loves them. We are both big Brooks fans already, but these definitely continue the strong performance and comfort levels you would expect from Brooks.

Yes!

Been a Ghost fan for over 10 years. These are great! The tongue is awesome and u should keep this for all future shoes! No slipping. The toe box is a bit wider which is nice! Almost too much cushion for the twisting I do when running but very comfortable! Need to come out with more colors (dark blue!) cause these are a hit!

No Break-in Period Necessary!

First try on/day around the house these were so comfortable that I forgot I had them on, wore them all day, and didn't realize what I had done until the end of the day. Super comfy, not too squishy, not too hard. Visually the soles are a bit chunkier than I like but I can in live with that. Would love to see these with a navy blue sole/pattern and some other fun colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty loyal to Brooks as they are typically the only brand that fits me well. I just purchased the 18 and like with a previous model is sized up a half size and they fit great. Really cushy and comfy in the toe box. I also like the new tongue. I agree with others regarding the color options. I still have an old pair of Ghost 13’s that are finally falling apart but I can’t part with them because of the beautiful dark blue color with turquoise heal. I would love to see that color come back!

Personal Opinion

So I purchased these shoes because I walk at least 6 hours a day. The first day they hurt my feet so I kept trying. I will not repurchase I’m going back to wearing Hoka. Not to mention the guy that helped me told me these were the best for walking.

Poor Color Selection

Color selection has been awful the last few years and this doesn’t look any better. I even wrote an email with my concern last year and was told my input would be sent to the design team. Obviously nothing changed. I usually am a loyal fan to the Brooks Ghost brand but the color selection is getting boring. Runners like shoes with more color.

Wide Width Is Extra Wide

I really love the color and ALMOST fit of the new 18. But a warning if you wear the Wide width... do not order it. The wide width is EXTRA wide. It is almost too large for me to keep but I hate doing returns so I will get bigger socks. If I order again I will order the Standard width since Wide is way too big. And they are a touch longer also. Ghost 17 Wide Width was perfect width.

Comfort

They have been a very comfortable, relieving my knee pain and not a hard shoe, I love them

I have been buying brooks ghosts for 15 years and this is the first version and year that I’ve been disappointed :( I wanted to love them but the change in the tongue of the shoe (it’s so big and long) and the change in style do not work for me. Unfortunately will be returning

Brooks Are The Best

I bought my 1st pair of Brooks Ghost 18 about a month ago & were so happy with the comfort, cushioning & support I have bought 3 more pairs! They have made a huge difference to my busy outdoor lifestyle & most surprisingly I no longer suffer leg pain - an added bonus. Would recommend Brooks to everyone! 🤗

Love My Ghost Shoes

I buy a new pair of Ghost shoes every six months and have never been disappointed. Perfect running shoe for me.

Not A True Black.

Black/Black/Ebony is Not Black, more like a Gray. Not acceptable at work. Had to order, a different model. I prefer Ghost 15 or 14-_-
