Unfortunately, there are not the best pair of Ghosts I've purchased in the last few years. I don't understand why changes are made that negatively impacts a good style. The back heel slips when you walk so you have to lace more tightly that then negatively impacts the top of your foot. The tongue is oddly cushioned and if not smoothed out creates a very painful bulge on your upper foot. Just simple walking created heel pain and pain on the outsides on my feet. Very disappointing.

Not For Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good shoes, just won’t work for me. I have a lot of foot problems(sensory neuropathy, plantar fasciitis, and arthritis). Unfortunately, after wearing these indoors for a few weeks with my orthotics, with this particular model I had bad ankle cramps by the end of the day. So far, the best for me have been the Ghost Max 3. They work great for walking outdoors, however, I’ve been trying to find a shoe where I feel more stable going up and down the stairs and for wearing on the hard floor indoors.

Awesome Shoes

These Ghosts are so comfortable for walking. The toe box is a little roomy but it doesn’t affect how the shoes feel when I wear them. I have tried other tennis shoe brands but none of them compare to the comfort of the Brooks Ghost.

Perfect Straight From The Box
