Bought One Pair… Then Immediately Bought Another

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Brooks Ghost Max L in black and loved them so much that I ended up buying a second pair in white so I could wear them with everything. These are easily some of the most comfortable walking shoes I’ve owned. The cushioning is thick without feeling bulky, and the shape gives really good support and stability throughout the day. I average 15k+ steps a day, and these have held up incredibly well. My feet feel noticeably less tired at the end of the day compared to other shoes I’ve tried. They’re comfortable right out of the box, breathable, and just overall really easy to wear for long periods. If you walk a lot, work on your feet, or just want a solid everyday shoe with great cushioning, I’d absolutely recommend them.

Ghost Max L

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have worn this shoe many times in the last 3 weeks. The arch support is very good and the toe box is perfect for a slightly wide foot. Overall the fit is excellent.

Nice Look/ Uncomfortable Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the look/style of this shoe. However it was uncomfortable to wear. The feel was stiff and tight/narrow although it was a regular width. Unfortunately, it provided me no arch support. I am returning them.

I Still Love My Brooks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in a wreck and really messed up my r heel i have a other problem of brooks that really helps my heel support. I was very disappointed in the ghost that I ordered they hurt my foot and don't support or cushion my heel. I would love to send them back and get another pair like i have that cushions my r heel and foot.

Better Than Hoka

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these to replace my HOKAs which started to make the outside of my feet hurt. Love these! It’s a sturdy yet comfortable shoe and has good cushioning for walking. Not narrow but it is a snug fit, which I prefer. This is now my go to shoe!

Just Right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent construction, excellent fit, great for health care workers and people on their feet for long periods of time, cushioning feels like you are walking on air, very comfortable, love them! Better than any other rocker type clog shoe I have ever had.

Not My Favorite Brooks Shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have always loved Brooks Ghost shoes and was excited to see a leather option. Very cute and comfortable initially, but hurt my toes terribly when wearing all day. Unfortunately, I have already worn them all day one day, so cannot return them.

Ghost Comparison

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try these after falling in love with my ghost 16s. I am a dialysis nurse and really needed a wipeable soil-proof shoe. I got the exact same size and these felt extremely small. The comfort is not the same either I couldn't not make it through half my shift with these on, so I started a return. I have worked a 16 hour shift on my ghost 16s and never had pain or discomfort.

Love Them!

Well Made Shoe, But Had To Return Due To Heel Slippage

This is a well constructed shoe, nice leather upper, and ticks off all the boxes I needed for a plantar plate tear (wide toe box, stiff rocker sole, moderate 6 mm heel drop). However, Brooks has one big problem: it doesn't work for women who have wide forefeet and narrow heels. The heel cup is too wide and shallow, at least compared to New Balance Fresh Foam, which hugs my heels better. Before this injury, I wore Glycerins for years, and the heel cup is now also slipping. A pity-- Brooks should address this, make a deeper heel cup, like the New Balance SL-2 last, narrower in the heel.

Comfortable And Nice Style Casual Shoes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t find these shoes to run small. I ordered my usual Brooks size 8.5, but they feel slightly big for walking. I plan to exchange for a half size smaller. Overall, they are very comfortable for everyday walking.
