Love My Ghost Max Se's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Brooks Ghost Max SE's are so comfortable...like walking on a cloud with just the right amount of support! I have flat feet and this shoe gives me both cushion support. I love this shoe.

This shoes feels like it has a roll bar. As I step I roll from the ball of my foot to my toes. I find this uncomfortable. I loved the last two pairs of Ghost shoes but will not buy this one again.

Runs On The Smaller Size, Not Very Roomy.

First time that I was not happy with this sneaker. I’ve been buying this particular one for many years. This one ran on the smaller size compared with the 16. Not as comfortable in terms of size and width. Not roomy.

This is my third pair of Max and I had to return them. Brooks tend to run small on me so I have to size up when I order but the max were too big and clunky so I went down half a size. They were not quite long enough but also just generally not as cushiony and comfortable as the first pair I ordered.

Cute And Easy To Put On

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are super cute shoes and easy to put on without undoing the laces, which is nice. They are not as crazy comfortable as they look like they would be, they feel very firm under my feet. Also probably not stable enough for running trails but for daily wear and shorter runs on tread/road work just fine.

Mixed Bag For Comfort

My doctor recommended the ghost shoe to me. I have now purchased four pair of them and each pair fits differently, I can’t understand why each pair is such a different fit from each other. Some are longer or wider than others, and overall comfort is not forthcoming. Don’t understand what is going on with quality control?

Runs Small & Narrow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sized up a half size and was still too small. Had hope for these as a cute walking sneaker but will have to return. Caused pain and numbness after a short walk.

Comfortable

Bought these recently and am very happy with them. They are comfortable and have good cushioning.

Uncomfortable

I used to love the Ghost line, but something majorly changed. These are the most uncomfortable shoes. I’ve never returned a brooks product, but I must make an exception. Just taking a few steps causes my feet to cramp. The padding is so overdone that I should’ve sized up 2x. I bought these for working 12 hour shifts and I can’t make it through the first half hour without having to sit down. On a positive note — the color is gorgeous.

Ghost Max Se...disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second pair of ghost max. My first pair were the original ghost max. These are much more structured. I loved the bouncy cushiony feel of the originals. These will need quite a bit of breaking in. The left is a hair too short. The right is too tight. They are stiff. ( maybe because of the suede)? They are to look at very well made. I miss the original ghost. If these do not work out. To my daughter they go. She has a smaller foot

Happy Work Feet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this shoe twice now. It is comfortable with great arch support. The blue and black color combination makes it versatile. The Brooks brand is the perfect fit for someone who is on their feet for 12 plus hours. Many of my nursing coworkers swear by Brooks. It was recommended by a podiatrist. Foot experts know what to buy.

Comfort Like No Other

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off saying as a child I have always wore very inexpensive shoes and I have had feet issues throughout my adult years because of that then my sister told me about Brooks So I gave them a try even though I have never spent a lot of money on shoes this was an experience I have never had my feet feel so wonderful in a pair of good shoes I now do a lot of walking and I don’t have the issues with my feet I will continue to stay with Brooks. Thank you for making such wonderful shoes. I highly recommend your feet are worth it!
