I’ve worn these a couple of times running after being a big fan of the ghost max 2. Didn’t disappoint! Cushioning is great for running on road and paths, full support and no blisters at all, super comfy.

My Ghost Max 3s deliver unmatched stability and top-notch traction. I spend long hours on my feet at work, a bit of exercise and also for around the house, and Brooks always provides the long-lasting durability I need. The plush cushioning and great breathability stop my feet from getting hot and sore, the added responsiveness gives every step a brilliant bounce. Love them so much I just brought another pair.

Gentle To My Feet

I bought these to get relief from plantar fasciitis pain. They are very cushioned and take my orthotics easily. They are light and airy on my feet. I have worn them to walk the golf course and they feel very stable and safe. The combination of colours is attractive-not quite as stark as the white, which I also have. My podiatrist suggested them and I’ve been very happy with them.

Tried And True

Owning a few of these myself I knew if any shoe was going to help these would. We are not disappointed. Looking forward to our next pair :)

Great For High Arch, Outward Roll Feet.

These shoes were recommended after my Athletes Foot assessment. I have a high arch and my feet roll outwards. I also suffer from Mortons Neuroma so opted for the wide fit. I find the cushioning one of the best I have experienced without compromising stability. I have worn them for my 2 hour walk, 3 x a week and so far have not experienced any problems with my knees or back which is a dramatic improvement. I walk on a compressed gravel path and have no issues with traction or slipping. Yes I would recommend.

Best Ghost Yet

I bought my Ghost Max a month ago, they would have to be the best Ghost Max yet. I have a high arch, wear orthotics. I’m experiencing greater stability, much better traction, adequate room for my wide foot and so comfortable!

Great Shoe For Big Toe Arthritis

This is my second pair. Very happy. Highly Recommend for all people have big toe arthritis

Perfect With My Afo

I dove into this purchase without a whole heap of research and boy am I glad I did! I have foot drop on my right foot and this shoe provides just the right level of everything. It fits my AFO (WalkOn Trimmable) and custom slimline orthotic easily, plenty of room in the toe box. It has great cushioning so it's comfortable all day. The shape of the sole means it encourages a natural rocking motion from your foot when you walk, and it's not so thick that you don't get any feedback. They're light without losing all the parts that make them supportive. Highly recommend, don't bother with the research, you'd be wasting your time.
