Wish They’d Leave Perfection Alone

I have run in several seasons of the glycerin, but couldn’t run in this one. The back that cups the heel was hard and thickened and rubbed my Achilles something awful. Also, changing how forefoot strikers hit by going all hoka shoe and adding an overwhelming amount of padding to allow for the shoe to not move as before wasn’t the best for me either so I had to switch to another brand of shoe that allowed my foot to hit normally as it has the past 30 years.
