The Brooks Women's Glycerin 22 Running Shoes are by far the most comfortable "running" shoes that I have owned. These have the perfect amount of cushioning without being too bouncy or thick. I wear mine when running sprints at the gym and they are fabulous. I also wear them around for daily life (walks with my kid, errands, etc.) and they are so light and easy on my feet.
