Great shoe expect it rubs up against the outside of my heel which none of my other Brooks shoes have done

Unfortunately I found the length of the sneaker to be too short. In the past, I found the glycerin to have the most cushioning, but sadly this updated model was not as comfortable.

No More Hip Pain

These shoes provide great cushioning for hip arthritis. I’m able to walk miles with no pain.

The Best Iteration Of Glycerin So Far!!

The best iteration of Glycerin so far!! I have been running in Brooks Glycerins for years. Perfect for me. I wear a size 7 in most shoes and in some other Brooks styles, but have always needed a 7.5 in the Glycerins. Also, I have a somewhat narrow heel and recently tried the Ghost Max 2 and the heel was way too loose. Glycerins, including the 22 are perfect for me. Not clunky, good cushioning, good energy return. I am a midfoot striker. I don't know how they would feel to a heel striker.
