Glycerin Redesign

I love Brooks Glycerins. Esp the 21 version from the perspective of the for around the ankle. The new design with extra padding makes the stretchy fabric loose, ill fit and uncomfortable in comparison. Looking at the picture of the new design even in this picture of the 23 you can see how loose and stretched out the elastic is at the top of the shoe. When my 23 came in the box, that piece was so stretched out, I thought the had already been worn. The extra padding tha has been added inside doesn’t help. Please redesign like the 21! Sincerely, a Brooks family!

Walking On Clouds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved the look of these shoes and I get a lot of compliments on them. I have another pair of Glycerine flex shoes but these soles are definitely different i was a little wary about them at first because i felt off balance with them with how squishy they are but very comfy. After 3 wears they feel a lot better.

Half Marathon Training

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many pairs of Brooks shoes through the years but these are by far my favorite! They are, hands down, the most comfortable running shoe I’ve owned. I usually don’t like the first time I run in a new pair of shoes but there was no “breaking in period” with the Glycerin Flex. They were a perfect fit from the first time I put them on. I’ve ran about 20 miles in them so far and I would definitely buy another pair!

May Not Be For Everyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of these and was pretty excited to try them out! However, after three different types of runs in them, they are not for me. I had some peroneal issues when I ran in these and even had to take a break. Too Bad!

New Favorites

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my favorite shoes! I’ve worn Brooks for a very long time, but started looking at other brands when the glycerin stealth fit 21s were too narrow for me. My forefoot is not wide enough for a wide shoe, but narrow shoes don’t work well for me. These are perfect and the forefoot width feels similar to every other pair of Brooks I’ve had.
