Worse Than Previous Models

I’ve been wearing Brooks for over 8 years and the Glycerin GTS specifically for the past 3. I noticed the 21’s had a slightly more narrow and tighter toe box than previous models, but they broke in quickly. (It’s worth noting that the 21 was the first pair of Brooks I’ve ever had to break in at all.) The toe box on the 22’s is even narrower and tighter; it feels like the shoe is now half a size too small. I’ve been wearing them for over 2 weeks now, and they’re still very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I’ll be returning them and looking at a different brand for stability shoes.
