Jury Still Out

I feel that these run a little short. I tried a half size up and it felt too big. I got 7.5. I think the cushioning is nice but I feel what feels like “cushion cells” under my forefoot and that has taken a bit to ignore. I got these to replace my two pair of Ghost Max, which were perfect. The Ghost Max cushion was better for my foot. This insert seems flimsy compared to the Ghost Max insert. I don’t run anymore but am on my feet all day long. I don’t love them but I don’t hate them. I like the color. I wish you could bring back the original Ghost Max.

Best Stability Shoe Ever

Best shoe I have worn in a long time. I recently decided to go back to Brooks I am not disappointed. I have had 4 ankle surgeries, the support and comfort provided by these shoes make it easier to run!

I discovered brooks a few years ago as a recommendation. Im never going to buy another brand again. Ive had several varieties of Brooks and each one has helped me with running, lifting and daily walking! Good shoes are worth everything

Defective Toe?

The toe on the upper part of the right shoe had a crease/dent that rubbed and irritated my toe. Unfortunately, I returned. I considered reordering, thinking the shoe was defective. However, I found another review for the same shoe mentioning the same problem.

Favorite Shoe

This is my perfect shoe. I usually wear a 10W women's, but ordered a 10 Double Wide this time based on a prior review that this particular model was narrower than before. I did not find that to be the case, and will probably buy a 10W next time. Even so, my 10 Double Wide is extremely comfortable and I love it, too. My orthotics fit into this shoe, which is a necessity now. I just wear thicker socks with this shoe. My primary use of this shoe is for walking and speed walking training. I have 4 other Brooks shoes in my daily rotation and I no longer wear any shoe other than Brooks.
