Why Can’t We Have A “Max” Show With High Heel Drop?!?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wearing brooks for nearly 10 years and almost as many marathons. I love all their shoes! However, it’s been harder for me lately as their heel drop on most styles has been decreasing. I have a weak Achilles from college but have nearly forgot about it. I heard great things about the glycerin max and didnt realize the heel drop was 6. I’m used to a 10 or 12. With low heel drop and the stack height, I did a long run and wobbled around quite a bit. The next morning realized that after 10 years of no pain, I couldn’t put weight on my Achilles. I’m returning the glycerins but sad to see these are know special foam, long run workout designed shoes with a higher heel drop! Would love to see a Hyperion, ghost of glycerin max with a heel drop of 10 or 12 for those that need it!

Perfect Cushion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wide feet, and these still fit like a glove! I love the max cushioning. I’m a nurse and am on my feet most of the day. On days after long runs or hard workouts - I wear these and my feet absolutely do not hurt after 12+ hrs of work!

Feel Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do really like them, amazing when you first put them on. But just beware they do take a couple weeks to break in and feel good through a whole work day.

Short Toe Box

When I first put the Glycerin Max on, I was so impressed with the cushion and comfort. However, this model seems to be cut a bit short in the toes. Left blisters after first run. I ordered the same size as all my other Brooks. Was very disappointed. I so wanted to love them.

Built For Long Runs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable running shoes. My legs do not feel tired after long runs. The sole is thick but does not feel heavy.
