[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Obsessed with these shoes….completely obsessed. I have ran two races in them so far and had a 20 minute PR in my marathon and 6 min PR in my half Marathon. they are comfortable and better than the Nike alphyflys.

Have been through multiple generations of the Hyperion and each time they get speedier! Trained and ran a marathon in these so they definitely are versatile. That being said, they run smaller than other Hyperions and I had to size up 0.5 size from 8W to 8.5W to get enough room in the toebox. Minimal chafing, although there is a stiffer portion of the toebox right where the big toe is. This caused me some discomfort when breaking them in. Another note is that (like with many other Brooks shoes), they lasted me about 300 miles and did not have much tread left at the end :) Overall, solid shoe and I already bought a second pair for speed workouts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They fit perfect and I wore them right out of the box for a decent run and had no “break in period”. No friction spots, soft upper, sole is like a cloud and with the sole and carbon plate, they are so responsive. I feel like o have a quicker stride and turnover. I’ve been a Brooks wearer for decades and these are THE most comfortable shoes I’ve ever run in. But, I have only worn them for a couple of speed workouts. I am saving them for my marathon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite running shoes I’ve ever worn. I am prone to shin and Achilles issues and these shoes have kept my lower legs happy for 350 miles so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a pretty good shoe I wanted a good shoe that would give me cushion and is speedy and this is pretty much all I wanted. The only thing is that it’s super tall and it doesn’t have that much stability, so if your prone to roll your ankle this is not your shoe, if you roll your ankle this will hurt bad because how tall it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the shoe - comfortable and fast, but just not enough stability for my pronation issues

Definitely I recommend it. You feel the support and softness immediately when you try on. When you are running you will not feel the hard concreete floor. I am very happy with the support for my feet. Very confortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoe has been a wonderful addition to my rotation. However, I have realized that I over-pronate on one foot, made obvious by the decreased stability that this shoe provides. The upside is that they identified a weakness that I can now work to correct! My feet feel wonderful even after hours of pounding the pavement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent a lot of time researching running shoes to replace a brand I had been wearing for years. However, their new version of the same shoe did not provide what I needed. I found exactly what I needed in Brooks Hyperion Max 3. They are light, responsive and the perfect amount of cushion for my stride. Also love the energy return it provides. Looking forward to wearing them for my next marathon is a couple of weeks.

I loved the Hyperion Max 2 and was sold that these were my race shoes. But the Max 3 upgrades are horrible. They feel tight and cause numbness when I am running at pace speeds due to the ankle constriction. So bad that I have looked for max 2’s leftover or another shoe to try. I super disappointed in this upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved these shoes so much but after reading reviews I ordered my usual shoe size and definitely should have sized up a high size maybe even whole size. They shredded my heels with massive blisters after one use and I had to return them and will be ordering a bigger size. The cushion is awesome and I like the “sock like” fit of the ankle, loved the support, loved the colors but just way too small.

I was really excited to try these at first. I’ve been running in the Hyperion Max for years and have always loved them. I’ve used them for multiple Olympic triathlons, half marathons, and marathons without ever having issues—they’ve consistently been great for both training and racing. Unfortunately, the Hyperion Max 3 has been a completely different experience. I’ve tried them multiple times, and each run resulted in significant pain and swelling in my arches. Anything beyond a 5K left my feet sore for days afterward. I ended up going back to the Hyperion Max 2, which continues to work perfectly for me. I really hope you bring that version back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wide, flat feet that tend to pronate and these are so comfortable! Currently training for my first full with these and plan to order another pair for race day. I ran most of my half marathons last year in the Hyperion 2, so I already loved the model but these are a huge improvement in bounce and responsiveness. I usually am a 9 but I do feel like I may try ordering a 9.5 next time as my big toes do hit the sides a bit in the 9s. Definitely recommend 😍
