I have only done a few kms in these, due to falling ill the last few weeks. Definitely notice a huge positive difference in my speed and 'bounciness' when running (my physio would be happy!) However, I missed the support of the Guiderails that I am used to on my Adrenaline GTS. I am looking forward to trialling them a bit more this week, but I feel they will probably suit me for short and fast runs. I will stick to my Adrenalines for now for anything over 15km

These are a really great pair of training shoes for speed work and long runs. My chiro kept telling me to try Brookes and I am happy I did. My feet and body thank me too.
