I thought I would try Brooks. Everyone raves about Brooks. I'm not a fan. I work in Healthcare and I am on my feet my entire shift. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day, but they feel tired, even with wearing compression socks.

Improperly Sized By Salesman And Misled By Salesman
Shoes for a 12 year old were improperly sized by a sales person (size 6). After 30 minutes of track practice, the shoes became unbearable for the 12 year old to continue wearing. A return was later attemptes and refused (because the bottom of the shoe showed signs of use). When attempting to exchange for a larger size, we were instructed it was the company's policy not to accept returns, for a larger size, if the shoe showed signs of use. We were then told to contact the manufacturer (Brooks) to see if they would exchange them. Unacceptable customer service. And unacceptable interpretation of a store policy. The same shoes will now be purchased from a local running store, with experienced sales people and a more liberal return policy. Completely disappointed...
