Bought this 5 months ago for my son, a high school freshman. He started using them right away. He did like the feel and grip they provided. He has above average strength for his age, objectively. 4 months later, rips start appearing in left thumb (large hole now, not along seam), left index finger along side seam, left tip of index finger, and right upper palm between middle and ring fingers (big hole). That's 4 holes, 2 that were about an inch wide. Being himself, he didn't tell us this until recently. Important to know that he didn't get nearly as many at bats as some other players but he does batting work outside of school. Glad we got the 3 yr extended replacement plan, but that's a cost on top of the expensive price tag. In the middle of claim filing. Still looking for a brand that will last through a high school season.
