Disappointed And Heartbroken

The Era 30oz Tumbler was a birthday gift that I loved. However, I was no longer able to use it after just a few weeks. I wondered what was going on with the straw until I removed the lid and noticed the plastic piece that holds and locks the straw was broken. Because I really appreciated and loved the tumbler, I went on a search for a replacement lid which I found unavailable. Completely disheartening! I was willing to purchase the replacement lid but can’t wrap my mind around the full tumbler replacement because I can’t be sure this won’t happen again. So now it’s just a pointless cup.

I ordered this in the new Limoncello print and it is absolutely gorgeous. I would love to see more prints like this available in other designs.
