Just Don’t Bother.

I am on my second replacement cup. One cup started to chip. The place where you put the straw cracked and I could no longer drink from it. I wanted to get a replacement lid but they sent me a cup. Okay, cool. Now the lid on this cup won’t line up at times and will take forever to get on because it just won’t line up with the indie of the cup. Really annoying. I love the design. Everything about it. I love that it doesn’t leak but these issues should be resolved and then they wouldn’t have to replace so many cups. I don’t even want another replacement. I could have just got any other brand and been better off.
