At first I absolutely loved my Era water bottle. Brumate claims the Era is 100% leakproof. Take this with a grain of salt. Out the box it was indeed 100%. Until it wasn’t. It’s now leaking from the top somewhere. I think it’s a worn gasket but the parts that make it leakproof are sealed and not accessible, see pics for clarification. The liquid leaks between the disc shaped part of the straw to where it connects to the rest of the lid. I still use my bottle, but I have to make sure it stays completely upright. Otherwise I can slowly lose all my water, which has happened before. A total thirsty bummer.
