[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The silicone straw came permanently bent at a strange angle, as well as the locking mechanism on the metal straw came warped almost like the plastic melted. It makes it difficult getting the straw out and in, I worry about the products lifetime due to this. Otherwise it's as good as my previous Era tumbler.
