Rusted - Warranty Program Is A Joke

Loved this cup at first but it has now rusted in the bottom of it after only using it for water and diligently washing and drying it after every use. I submitted a warranty claim over a month ago and have not heard back even though they claim you will receive a response within 2 weeks.

Mom Must Have

The lid and straw make the biggest difference when compared to other popular 40 oz tumblers. Being able to lock the lid has saved me so many times plus my child can’t pull the straw out of the cup every time he drinks from my cup.

Nice Cup, Could Be Better Design

I like many things about this cup- the feel and look of this cup are chic. However, the straw often too easily disconnects when trying to twist closed with ice inside. Recently, I was turning the lid to close and the plastic piece inside that connects to straw, broke in half. I’m sad, the cup had many pros - just wish the straw was made more effectively.
