Love It But

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gets a 3 star from me because the lid is so hard to take off. Other than that I love it. Keeps my water cold and fresh.

Moldy Pieces

I love my era.... But despite cleaning regularly (including disassembling all of the pieces), mold and black gunk has grown in the straw, when the straw connects with the lid, AND the small part where the stainless steel straw connects with inside of the lid. All of these places are difficult to thoroughly clean.

Scratches Easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s so pretty and amazing but it scratches so easily. I’ve had it two weeks and it’s already scratched. I wish it was a more durable, the material it’s made out of seems very soft.
