Issue With Straw
Is a good quality cup but unfortunately the lid is poorly designed where the straw connects. It is made of plastic and I have had 2 units break where the straw twists in. I was told that the limited lifetime warranty does apply to lid and accessory damage, I am not sure what else could possibly be damaged that would be covered by a lifetime warranty. The cup itself will certainly never break. Not sure why this connector is made of plastic

Free Replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my daughter a Brumate 40oz cup last year for Christmas. She had dropped her cup and the handle broke off. I contacted Brumate ask them if that was guaranteed under warranty they sent me another one.
