Fantastic. Best Ever

We’ve been loyal BrüMate users for a long time and absolutely adore all their cups. My daughter wanted this particular cup, so I decided to get it as her Easter gift. She’s particularly fond of the straw lid and the fact that it’s leak-proof. It’s become her new favorite cup.

Big Fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Era Flip. I love that the straw is stainless steel and can be easily dismantled for thorough cleaning. I love that the straw in the lid is softer and stows away to keep it as germ free as possible. I do wish the straw came out of the lid a bit more - maybe a half inch or so. It feels like my face has to be super close to the lid to take a drink. I LOVE that it doesn’t leak. I flip it over all the time just to test it and haven’t lost a drop yet. I don’t know that it keeps drinks cold as long as it claims; I think the ice melts fairly quickly. I love the color - so pretty, but it is getting small scratches a bit and I don’t like that. I’m a believer in the Era Flip!

Rusting

Bought this 18 days ago and it already has rust on the bottom. I have hand washed it a few times and put it on the top shelf of the dishwasher twice. This should not be happening this quickly. Would not recommend!

Excellent Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a longtime customer, I love the improvements you have made over the years! This cup has a wider and more comfortable handle, a metal straw that locks into the top (and don't annoyingly vanish into the cup), a neat and secure system to hide the straw top, and the ability to disassemble the entire lid for thorough cleaning. I recently traveled by plane with this cup, and it didn't leak at all (my traveling companion was not so lucky with her non-Brumate water bottle - it leaked and soaked everything in her backpack!).Thanks for making such great products, and for listening to customer feedback to improve them!!

Perfect Cup
