Great Concept, Minor Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this cup a lot. It is a great size and color, and keeps drinks cool for a good amount of time. I love the idea of being able to cover the straw when not in use, and it’s leakproof as advertised. I have two main complaints with this cup. The first one is how difficult it is to get the straw piece reattached after washing. The second one is no matter what I do, it feels like there is an air bubble or something that makes it difficult to get water up in the straw without it sputtering. It’s so close to being the perfect cup for me, but these issues are moderately annoying when trying to use. Overall I would recommend, but hopefully they can get these design flaws figured out so it’s more user friendly and functional!
