I looked in the directions or information that came in the box but nothing. I finally went to the website to watch a user video to see how the black insert is used. I still am not sure it is useful. Why not just add the contents from the can directly into the "hopsulator"?

It's Cute And The Perfect Size
It's cute, perfect size, and just the design I was looking but unfortunately it doesn't keep any hot or cold. I'm sad to say I have to return it.

Super Versatile
