Removing & Closing The Lid Is Exhausting!

The lid needs to be re-designed. It is almost impossible to get it on and off without multiple attempts at not getting it crooked or mis-aligned. Anyone with even the slightest low strength in their hands or worse yet--arthritis--needs to stay clear of this cup. There is no good way to grip the lid to get it off. I am afraid of ripping the flip top part clear off, so I don't pull with it. But the round part of the lid is so thin--it's hard to grip. I love the cup for its leakproof feature and ability to keep drinks cold, but will gladly choose a different cup to avoid the struggles of getting the darn lid on and off.

A Perfect Travel Mug

I was looking for very particular features in a travel mug: must have a good sized handle, must not in my car holder, must hold at least 30 ounces, and must keep my beverage hot. This mug fits the bill perfectly. It also closes up tight with a lock, so no leaking. It is a little tricky to get used to screwing the cover on and off. I've got the hang of it now, but it was challenging at first.

Love The "No Spill"

My husband loves this cup. Its big yet fits his cup holder in his truck. If I were to say anything bad, its that I have a hard time opening it.

Great Tumblr Horrible Lid.

I have one of these that’s less than a month old. I’ve only used it a few times and the lid is welded to the Tumblr and will not turn or come off.
