Great Concept, Straw Flaw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cup, when it works. I purchased one and the straw ended up bending the plastic under the lid and making straight air suck through. They kindly replaced the whole cup and then not even a week into the new one, the ice inside separated the lid from the straw somehow and does the same thing. Again, I love it when it works, maybe just a design flaw...

Straw Continued To Leak Air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one I had the straw was terrible. It was loose and air constantly got in it. They replaced the whole cup. The second one I got was good at first but then over time it started to leak again. I think there is just something wrong with the design of the straw. It needs to lock in tighter. Loved it when it worked but when it didn’t it made it unusable for me.

Not Like It Used To Be.

Love The Cup Itself

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the cup, the style, and it keeps my drink cold for a very long time. Only thing i dislike is sometimes it creates a suction in the straw like there is something blocking the easy flow. I'm assuming the little black hole inside the lid is filling with moisutre that blocks the suction.
