Within a couple of weeks the straw would no longer twist up or down. The lid is just completely jammed. This was a terrible buy and I lost $9 in shipping too.

25 Oz Rotera

I received this as a mystery gift and it's a really great water bottle. It's not a product I would have ordered for myself so I am really thrilled to get it as a mystery item and plan to get another one for my husband.

Doesn’t Age Well.

I’ve had my Rotera for 7 months now and in the beginning, I loved the twist to open design but it’s now my biggest gripe. It’s getting harder to twist the top and get the straw open on the first try. The mechanism feels like it comes off track(?), gets stuck, and a lump comes up under the band (I’m not entirely sure what it is but I kinda have to force it back down to get my top to twist again.) The silicone sleeve also bunches at the top now and overlaps with the lip of the bottle, making it not as smooth of a design anymore. This is only a small nitpick but still worth mentioning since I did initially buy the bottle for its sleek design. My bottle does keep water cold for a long time, is still leak proof, and the carrying handle is very convenient and comfortable, which is why it still gets some points from me. If I could give it 2.5 stars, I would but I can’t.
