Flawed Design

I loved the color of mine bought it as a mystery gift from BrüMate. A few weeks in the twist mechanism started being wonky. Eventually it stopped working altogether. Unfortunately I waited too long for a warranty claim as the lids and accessories are only a 60 day warranty. The issue was in the design. I took apart the lid thinking maybe I could fix it but no. They used plastic on metal cogs which caused the plastic cog that engaged the straw feature to strip on one side which is why it stopped working. If they had stuck to just plastic or metal tht problem probably wouldn't exist. That being said customer service at BrüMate was exceptional even though it was not under warranty. I had to go back and forth with them a bit but I wa pleased with the end result.

Don't Do It. I Wanted To Love This, But No.

I bought this about 4 months ago, and I typically love Brumate stuff. Keeps everything super cold, and I love the colors and designs. The Papaya made me add to cart INSTANTLY. Now? I hate this thing. I can't get the lid open with one hand while driving, and today, the Rotera lid just stopped working. So now, I have to go find another vessel to drink from because my water bottle has locked me out. It's pretty, but just...don't do it.

Super Cute Color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the concept of this water bottle. My only complaint is that is breaks fairly easy. I’ve used it a few times and the twist part has already started to give me issues. I also got this in white and it has suction issues making it difficult to drink from the straw.

Pretty Cup, Not My Favorite Lid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color of the Rotera but the lids always mess up on me no matter how careful I am. Once the grip slips once and makes that sound, it’s over. I’ve owned 4 and only 1 still stands in a year’s time.

The best thing is i can just throw it in my bag and have every confidence it will not leak!

Soccer Game Ready

Perfect Size Rotera

Neon pink is a favorite. The Rotera is nice but has problems with lid which have been worked on by BruMate. Need to have replacement parts for all colors sold.

Don’t Really Love It
