Love It!

Works Great But...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third one, but not because we love it. I got the Roteras for my 9 yo to take to school. The first one lasted 2 months before the twisting feature died and stopped twisting. The second had the straw tip break off during a fall in our kitchen. They have kept her drinks cold with ice, but did not survive the life of my very active child. She has moved on to the the Resa and that so far has survived it's first week.

Cheap
So firstly, it took them 2+ weeks to ship it out. and then I tried canceling and getting a refund and then it miraculously ships. I get it. Everything is loose on it. It’s just so cheaply made. I probably will never buy from here again. So disappointed in this experience and product.
